One dashboard for work and personal life

Updated 4 October 2026

When bills, appointments, goals, and work all live in different places, you hold the whole picture in your head. A single dashboard can show what needs you next across all of it, without mixing things that should stay apart.

Lanes, not a pile

Think of your life as a few lanes: personal, business, career, property, or a mix. DashboardHQ offers a dashboard type for each, including a hybrid for people who juggle several. Each lane gets the sections it needs.

One view of what needs you next

A hybrid dashboard can show a shared “today” view that lists what matters across both sides, while records for each side stay separate. You see everything in one place without everything being mixed together.

What to put in each lane

Start small

Pick two or three things you want a home for first. You can reorder sections inside the dashboard and ask your assistant to add more later. Starting small makes it easier to actually use.

Keep it yours

Your dashboard file and its records stay on your computer. Sample figures in the preview are fictional examples, and the dashboard includes a backup button.

Common questions

Can I keep work and personal information separate?

Yes. Records for each side stay separate, and a shared view shows what needs attention across both.

How many sections can I have?

As many as you choose. Starting with two or three is easier, and you can add more later.

Does it work on my phone?

Not yet. The packages require a Mac or Windows computer, and phone and tablet support is planned for a future app.
