Purchase and support terms

DashboardHQ is operated by The REBUILD Group LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the paid digital packages sold on this website. Using the free wizard and recommendation form is covered by the privacy page; buying a package also means you accept the terms below.

What you are buying

Each paid package is a one-time digital product, not a subscription and not a hosted service:

• Local Dashboard — $19.99 (USD). One complete, personalized AI build prompt with your dashboard type, modules, sources, visual choices, workflows, and safety boundaries preloaded, plus copy-paste-open instructions and a start-from-scratch path.
• Local Auto-Refresh — $39.99 (USD). Everything in the Local Dashboard, plus a prompt section that builds a private refresh helper to run on your own Mac, Windows, or Linux computer, with operating-system setup, a source-authorization walkthrough, a six-hour schedule, status reporting, and failure recovery.

You paste the prompt into your own AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok), which generates the dashboard. The dashboard file and its records are created on and stay on your device. We do not build, host, receive, or back up your dashboard or its data.

Delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. After a successful payment you receive an email with a private download link for your package. The link is valid for seven days; you can save the package during that time. If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and then contact us and we will resend it.

All sales are final

Each package is delivered digitally and immediately, and its full contents are described above before you buy. For that reason all purchases are final and non-refundable. At checkout you confirm that you want the package delivered right away and that you understand you are giving up any right to cancel once that delivery begins.

If something genuinely goes wrong on our side — you are charged more than once, or you never receive a working download link and we cannot get one to you — email us and we will put it right.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state where those rights apply and cannot be waived. Where the law would otherwise give you a cancellation period for digital content, you waive it by asking for immediate delivery, which happens as soon as your payment succeeds.

Support

Email support is included for both packages at hello@dashboardhq.app. We help with receiving your package, understanding the instructions, and getting a first working build, including reasonable troubleshooting of the prompt itself.

Support does not include custom development, building the dashboard for you, one-to-one calls, ongoing maintenance, recovering data from your device, or fixing problems caused by a third-party service, an AI assistant’s output, or changes you made to the generated files. Guided help mapping your existing Notion or Google content is offered inside the wizard and may later become a separate paid add-on.

Acceptable use

The package is licensed to you for your own personal or business dashboards. Please do not resell it, redistribute it, or publish the prompt text publicly. You may modify the dashboard the AI builds for you as much as you like.

What we do not promise

• AI assistants vary. We cannot guarantee a specific assistant will produce an identical result, or that a provider will not change its behavior, pricing, or availability.
• The dashboard is an organizing tool. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice, and any sample figures, people, properties, or listings shown anywhere on this site or in the preview are fictional.
• Connecting an outside service later is optional and depends on that service’s own terms and access rules.
• To the extent the law allows, the packages are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Stripe may apply currency conversion. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or import charges that apply where you live; where we are required to collect a tax it is shown at checkout.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
