What DashboardHQ does with your information

DashboardHQ is operated by The REBUILD Group LLC. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and covers only this website — not any dashboard you build for yourself afterward.
The setup wizard runs in your browser
As you move through the five-step wizard, your answers are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device. They are not sent to DashboardHQ when you join the launch list. Clearing your browser data removes them. The intro animation and first-time demo tour also store small completion flags so they do not repeat unnecessarily.
When you request a launch update
If you enter your email address in the launch signup at the end of the wizard and check its separate consent box, your email address, launch-update consent, list marker, and request time go to Formspree. Formspree stores the submission and forwards it to The REBUILD Group LLC by email. We use this request to send one DashboardHQ launch announcement. It does not include your wizard choices or dashboard records. Formspree's storage duration is not specified here; you can ask us to delete your request using the contact address below.
The form is delivered through Formspree.
When you contact us
The embedded contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic, and message to us through Formspree. This information is used only to respond to your question unless you separately choose to receive product updates.
Product updates
The launch signup is for one launch announcement. You can ask us to remove your address at any time.
Payments
If you buy a paid package (Local Dashboard or Local Auto-Refresh), payment is handled by Stripe. DashboardHQ never receives or stores your card number or full billing address. We keep a record of the purchase (email, amount, date, and order reference) to deliver your package and for our accounting. During the US-only launch, we also retain country codes reported by Cloudflare and Stripe, plus the resulting eligibility status, to prevent ineligible delivery and document why an order was accepted or held. Your finished dashboard
The dashboard you build and its local records stay on your device. DashboardHQ does not host, receive, or back up that data. Any internet connection you add later exchanges only the information and permissions you explicitly authorize.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not load third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses local storage (described above) for your saved setup, intro, and demo-tour flags.
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page views, referrers, device categories, and site performance without using cookies to identify individual visitors. The site also sends a short allowlisted event name for important steps such as opening the demo, completing the tour, or opening checkout. An event may carry which wizard step you reached, which dashboard type you are exploring, which package you looked at, or which FAQ you opened. These events never include your email, your message, the details you type into the wizard, or any dashboard records.
How long we keep things
Launch requests and purchase records are kept only as long as needed to deliver what you asked for and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Formspree also stores launch requests as described above.
Your choices
Email hello@dashboardhq.app to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
DashboardHQ is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this page as the product changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
