What DashboardHQ does with your information

DashboardHQ is operated by The REBUILD Group LLC. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and covers only this website — not any dashboard you build for yourself afterward.

The setup wizard runs in your browser

As you move through the five-step wizard, your answers are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device. They are not sent to DashboardHQ and are not visible to us unless you choose to submit the recommendation form. Clearing your browser data removes them. The intro animation also stores a small flag so it only plays once per visit.

When you request a recommendation

If you fill in the “Get my free recommendation” form and check the consent box, the following is sent to us:

• your email address;
• your selected dashboard type and the modules you chose;
• a generated summary of your setup choices;
• whether you opted in to product updates;
• the date and time of the request.

Your private demo notes, sample records, and any logo file you previewed are not included. We use this information to send you a one-time recommendation for your best starting point and, if you asked for it, to reply about a paid build.

The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf and forwards it to us by email.

Product updates

If you opt in, we may occasionally email dashboard tips and DashboardHQ news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

Payments

If you buy the Dashboard Build Package, payment is handled by Stripe. DashboardHQ never receives or stores your card number. We keep a record of the purchase (email, amount, date, and order reference) to deliver your package and for our accounting.

Your finished dashboard

The dashboard you build and its local records stay on your device. DashboardHQ does not host, receive, or back up that data. Any internet connection you add later exchanges only the information and permissions you explicitly authorize.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not load third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses local storage (described above) for your saved setup and the intro flag. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this page will be updated first.

How long we keep things

Recommendation requests and purchase records are kept only as long as needed to answer you, deliver what you asked for, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your choices

Email hello@dashboardhq.app to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

DashboardHQ is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this page as the product changes. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
